These Terms govern your use of MK Negotiators' website and negotiation services. By engaging us, you agree to these Terms.
We negotiate with sellers on your behalf on the purchase you identify. You authorize us to communicate with the seller for the sole purpose of negotiating price and related terms. Final acceptance of any agreement is always yours.
Our fee is a flat $1,000 per engagement. If we do not negotiate a price lower than your current documented offer, we will refund your fee in full. We do not guarantee any specific dollar amount or percentage of savings — only that we deliver a lower negotiated price than your current offer, or a refund.
You agree to provide accurate information and documentation, to respond promptly to our requests, and to not simultaneously negotiate the same deal with the same seller while we are engaged.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fee you paid us for that engagement.
